	Credit Application Download Instructions: If you don't already have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you need to download and install the free reader program. *Click here* Follow the instructions to install the reader on your computer, then go to step 2.
	*Click here to download the Credit Application.* Depending on your browser version, a dialog box may appear and ask, "What you would like to do with this file?" Select "Open this file from its current location". Read our PRIVACY POLICY.
	Your Acrobat reader should then open the Credit Application and you will be able to view the file. (application.pdf)
	Once opened, you can then print the application or save it on your computer. Fill out the Credit Application and Fax to: 760-747-7094 and mail the original to: PINE TREE LUMBER CO, 707 N ANDREASEN DR, ESCONDIDO CA 92029.
